Pioneers@Work: Tracking the Digital Workday
In this study, we explore how your daily digital activity, specifically which windows and applications you use, can provide insight into common aspects of work, such as workload and variety. These aspects are commonly measured through self-report surveys, but we’re investigating whether we can also estimate them using digital activity data instead, potentially reducing the need for lengthy questionnaires in the future!
By combining the digital data with short daily and weekly questionnaires (approximately 3 minutes each), we aim to better understand how different work characteristics can be measured in new ways, and how they relate to well-being at work, such as engagement and exhaustion.
What’s in it for you?
With the use of the Pioneers app, you’ll be able to track your daily work activity. This can provide insight into how you work and how that related to your general well-being. If you’re interested, we can offer you a brief meeting or a personal report after the data collection, giving you valuable insights into your work patterns.
