Wellness Well

The wellness well gives an indication your current estimated work wellness. It is based on a number of ‘contributing factors’ like your estimated start and end times and your estimated activity level.
Active Window Tracking

PIONEERS keeps track of the current active window and is displayed in the table view. You are also able to edit each entry, in case some data is incorrect or missing, or in the case that you wish to redact some privacy sensitive information.
Activity Labels
Activity labels allow you to define which applications relate to which activity. Like work, sending emails or entertainment.

Case Labels
Case labels allow you to define which applications relate to bigger cases, like projects.

Persons

The persons page allow you to define patterns to look for person names. And subsequently see those persons. This is to identify which people you most commonly work with.
Calendar Integration

PIONEERS has calendar integration support for the .ics calendar format. Included are instructions for the most common calendar providers.
Chart

PIONEERS has a detailed chart page showing numerous metrics, like a chord diagram which displays the relation between applications, a plot of your wellness score over time, and a list of your top 10 most used applications.
AI Labeling

PIONEERS has optional support for labeling your data with OpenAI’s ChatGPT, simply enter your OpenAI API key and enter your profession.
Multi-language Support


PIONEERS has fully fledged multi language support and is localized in both Dutch and English.
(Smart) Activity detection
The bar at the bottom of the window gives an indication whether or not you are detected as ‘active’. Smart activity detection can be enabled which will detect whether or not you are active based on your mouse and keyboard activity.


Daily and Weekly Questionnaire

Daily and weekly questionnaires ask you about your day and your week respectively. And is used to get an indication about how you experienced your work day.
Geo Location

PIONEERS has multiple ways to measure your current location: either through your public IP address, or the current connected WiFi network. This can be used to identify whether you are at work, at home, or somewhere else. This is used to identify whether your location has an impact on your working experience.
Data export

Your data can be exported in CSV format to make it easy for you to analyze your data yourself.
Privacy
All location is stored, kept and analyzed locally, it is never transmitted to any server unless the user explicitly chooses to do so.
